We then use discovery and exploration to define your needs and uses for the property, as well as your architectural and design style(s). During this phase we also produce full sets of construction documents with all the city/town submittal requirements. Finally, at completion of the pre-construction design phase, we will determine a contract price, create the construction contract, and start building your new custom detached addition.
I HAVE PLANS
Congratulations on deciding to build your special space! Since you've already designed and created the plans, you are that much closer to starting construction. As your builder, we will use your plans to do the pre-construction bidding. During this vital phase our team will breakdown everything from the home size and landscaping, to the design and material selection, ensuring that your project will be functional, financially feasible, and on schedule.
